With almost 15 years work experience in the field of online education, instructional design, and faculty training I have come to discover that my passion starts with the faculty/instructor/educator. More specifically, the ways in which we can engage as a community of practitioners and encourage educators to better realize the pedagogical approaches to using technology for learning and teaching.
In the field of education and technology, it is vital we first approach innovation with a strong foothold in effective practices for teaching and learning. In education, there is no option to be stagnant and the more we embrace change within our teaching practice, the better are our opportunities for growth and learning.
